Please be advised that our members associated foreign Attorneys, render their services to those Members Affiliate of NAFA whom and when they are in need of support and advise in connection to the laws of foreign Countries. To negotiate an International Transaction successful, it is necessary to understand and develop appropriate responses, where necessary, to foreign legal attitude and expectations.

Likewise, it is important for an American negotiator to appreciate that some countries, such as Venezuela, Mexico, Brazil, Chile, etc., do place a tremendous emphasis upon the written document that American do. Therefore, it is necessary to know the foreign law to place more stress on the binding nature of the written document when doing transaction with these legal environments.
