In agreement to the rules for the admission to the practice of the Law in Louisiana (United States), all the attorneys conferred a title out of the United States must submit an application to obtain a determination of the Certificate of Equivalence. This application must be submitted before December 1 of the year previous calendar to the examination of July, and before August 1 of the year previous calendar to the examination of February.

The aspirant must obtain a minimal score of 70 % to pass every subject, and must approve at least 7 different subjects.

REQUIREMENTS

     PHASE 1: The applications to the Committee of Louisiana's Admission to obtain the Certificate of Equivalence are: university Diplomas, of pos-degree, certification of the academic notes transcripts and you license to practice the Law in the country where you are admitted.

     PHASE 2: Obtained the approval of the certificate of equivalence of Louisiana's Supreme Court
