By completing this application, you acknowledge that you understand that you cannot become nor continue to be a member of the International Law Section (the "Section") of The Florida Bar if you are not, or cease to be, qualified under one of the above category-_ ries. You agree to notify the Section, in writing, immediately upon any change in your status which would cause you to cease to be qualified for mernbership.

4. Affiliate Membership in the Section will provide you all rights held by regular members of the Section, including publications, dis­counts on seminar attendance and the right to attend all meetings of the Section. However, as an Affiliate Member you will not be permitted to:
(a) Hold any office in the Section, whether elected or appointed;
(b) Vote or participate in the election of any officers of the Section; or
(c) Vote on the adoption or amendment of any provision of the Section's Bylaws.

Enclosed with this application is your initial membership and application fee in U.S. dollars, payable to "The Florida Bar." You agree to pay. as it becomes due, annual membership fees for Affiliate Membership as established from time to time by the Section, with the approval of The Florida Bar.
