Mission and Vision

The NAFA Association has been the organization in the United States to advocate for reciprocal admission into the US for foreign lawyers, teachers, professors, and other professionals from all over the world. Our focus is on homologation and revalidation for lawyers, business administrators, and other areas, including health and science.

NAFA is responsible for the entire application process and obtaining the license that will entitle the petitioner to pursue and pursue his or her career in the United States.

NAFA Association has been fighting for the reciprocity rule between foreign and U.S. firms since 1993. Our most recent achievement was reestablishing an admission rule for Foreign Legal Consultants (FLC) attorneys in Louisiana.

Our mission

We are the voice and representatives of foreign professionals worldwide. We have developed the necessary methods and process for foreign attorneys to receive full validation of their title, while being in one of the most restrictive states in the US in terms of policies and procedures to do so through reciprocity and approval.

All of our Seminars and academic programs represent the success of NAFA's main objectives. That is, reintegrate brilliant foreign professionals who are residing in the United States; most of whom are doing jobs very different from their careers and professions. In this way, NAFA helps them reestablish themselves in their careers, starting a new productive life for the benefit of themselves, their families, their communities of origin and new homes.

Our vision

To be the first bilingual educational institution in the United States, NAFA would be aligned to continue working with and educating foreign leaders, while building future role models not only from Latin America. But find and build leaders around the world.

Building a strong network of foreign professionals who can work together to give back to their communities and promote equal rights and human rights for all.

Values

TRAIN AND GUIDE citizens and professionals in general to obtain the necessary knowledge that allows them to integrate professionally, fully enriching the productive life of their community and their country.

PROMOTE the development and improvement of foreign graduates to comprehensively improve their living conditions and that of their families in their respective countries.

CREATE the conditions conducive to professionals specializing in certain areas that demand special updated knowledge in order to help reintegrate their communities into an updated productive economic system.

BENEFIT AND ENRICH the communities of new students and foreign professionals in the cultural, social and economic field with high technology in the process of globalization.
