In this study program, we have developed material and a series of our own courses (CLE) to pass the California bar exam. As part of our analysis of the bar exam review course BarMax, a service offered by Test Max Prep, who also offer assistance for the LSAT. We include this subscription as a study resource in addition to our seminars, as part of studying material for the bar exam preparation.
This study program, exclusively for the foreign lawyer in the United States, includes (i.) the homologation process made with an equivalence report / academic profile and evaluation of foreign credentials, and (ii.) the service in preparing the NAFA member to take the exam. the bar (Bar Exam Review Course) with concentrations specified towards the California bar exam.

Attendance at an ABA-accredited school is not required to sit for the California Bar Exam. No additional studies are required. However, the California Bar will prefer for the foreign attorney to demonstrate a proof of good standing as an active foreign attorney licensed in the country of practice. To establish eligibility as a foreign lawyer, the lawyer must register and provide an original certificate of good standing issued by the professional lawyer's admission regulation or licensing authority in the admitted jurisdiction or country. NAFA will assist the member with the notarization and translation of the original document.
