Program Description
This program is presented on the subject of human rights (HR) and arbitration, developed by the NAFA Association and the International Court of Arbitration and Human Rights, AICAC-HR. This course is taught by our human rights professor, Dr. Gloria Bustillos, and is a detailed and advanced program. Dr. Bustillos is a proponent of our human rights curriculum and study plan. This is offered to our foreign lawyers interested in a career as international human rights defenders.
The International Law program offered at Human Rights is a course program, offering additional virtual courses. Available in Spanish in the United States recognized by the National American Bar Association (NABA). And it undoubtedly addresses the need for specialized training in international human rights law. Members integrate the practical knowledge of top experts in the field of human rights while addressing their professional careers. Staff faculty contribute their experience and plan for career advancement in humans rights and arbitration. The goal is to reach more members, allowing flexible and quality education.
Our association has started a petition for a Litigation campaign against human abuse in developed and communist countries. Our president, Dr. Humberto H. Pachecker, a message has been written to everyone interested in joining in a campaign change.
Admission Requirements
(1) NAFA Membership Approval*;
(2) Foreign law degree transcripts;
(3) Two letters of recommendation;
(4) Submission of resume / curriculum vitae (CV);
(5) Written statement of purpose / intent in taking this course and program; and
(6) Telephone or video interview, if requested.

These graduate level programs are only available to candidates who have completed a law degree and graduated outside of the United States.

FINAL PROJECT
As part of a submission for a graduate level thesis, a required presentation is required: generally 40 – 60 pages of written work.
The thesis may cover monographs, analysis of legal cases, public policy analysis work, among other modalities that the Academic Committee and the Thesis Subcommittee consider to be of sufficient quality and that contribute knowledge to the field of human rights. This should be between 40-60 pages in length.
There is no discussion or final defense of the Master thesis.

Consult with our staff to receive more information about your study programme options to review qualifications. Weekly attendance and admission receipt and monthly payment or financial commitment is required after enrollment, to remain in the program.
