Court Services

NAFA will represent the member when they register, and also respond to all inquiries made by the court to provide further information or evidence on behalf of the client. As part of the benefit, NAFA handles all necessary representation on behalf of its members, unless more information is needed to complete the process. The average amount of time for the process to be completed, according to the NAFA Administrative Process, can take between 10 to 12 months in average.
