TITLE: PROFESSOR IN BUSINESS MARKETING

 

DUTIES:
Conduct on the job training, classes, or training sessions to teach and demonstrate principles, techniques, procedures, and/or methods of designated subjects. Present lectures and conduct discussions to increase students knowledge and competence, using visual aids such as graphs, charts, videotapes, and slides. Administer oral, written, or performance tests in order to measure progress, and to evaluate training effectiveness. Advise students on course selection, career decisions, and other academic and vocational concerns. Determine training needs of students or workers. Develop curricula, and plan course content and methods of instruction. Integrate academic and vocational curricula so that students can obtain a variety of skills. Observe and evaluate students work to determine progress, provide feedback and make suggestions for improvement. Participate in conferences, seminars, and training sessions to keep abreast of developments in the field, and integrate relevant information into training programs. Prepare outlines of instructional programs and training schedules, and establish course goals.

           
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, OR in equivalence of at least 5 years of experience. Drug test, background check, written reference required; advanced computer skills required, immediately available. Non-smoking at place of employment. Must be able to work under strict time constraints; strong oral and written communication skills. Good interpersonal skills. Must be detail-oriented, and must have excellent pedagogy and analytical skills. In addition, sensitivity along with deductive and Inductive reasoning; Available on weekends and overtime as required. Available travel.

SALARY/OVERTIME:
$46696 PER YEAR
           
HOURS: (TIME SCHEDULE DAYS/HOURS):
40 hours per week; Work Schedule: 8:30A.M. to 5:00P.M., Monday-Friday
