RENEWAL OF ATTORNEY'S TITLE
NAFA offers you assistance and advice in the whole process of application to Louisiana's Supreme Court and with our Seminar, we qualify you to overcome the official examination of the Louisiana Bar. 

In agreement to the rules for the admission to the practice of the Law in Louisiana (United States), all the attorneys conferred a title out of the United States must submit an application to obtain a determination of the Certificate of Equivalence. This application must be submitted before December 1 of the year previous calendar to the examination of July, and before August 1 of the year previous calendar to the examination of February.

The aspirant must obtain a minimal score of 70 % to pass every subject and must be approved of at least 7 different subjects.

DURATION :

          48 academic hours

REQUIREMENTS :

     PHASE 1: The applications to the Committee of Louisiana's Admission to obtain the Certificate of Equivalence are: university diplomas, of post-degree, certification of the academic notes, transcripts, and your license to practice law in the country where you are admitted.

     PHASE 2: Obtaining the approval of the certificate of equivalence of Louisiana's Supreme Court.

Notices: The aspirants must satisfy the examination T.O.E.F.L. with a minimum of 550 points. N.A.F.A. dictates seminars of training for the T.O.E.F.L.
