NAFA's main function is the training and presentation of courses designed for foreign lawyers and professionals.

Notice: You do not haveto be a United States Citizen or Resident to have to participate these academic programs and obtain homologation of your career. And the entire process and studies can be perform in your own language of preference.
Before continuing with any process, NAFA reserves the right to revoke or suspend any request for homologation or title revalidation. For more information and details, please refer to our blog article for our NAFA Member Manual and Regulations.
First Step: Initial Registration with NAFA
Instructions:
Begin by registering as a member with NAFA; provide the initial documentation to build your membership record. You register by joining the Florida bar school (only if you reside in Florida) or the state bar school with reciprocity and residency (As read in our Purposes). Please read our Membership page if you haven't already.
Fill out your personal information and choose financial plan to begin the study and services contract along with the first payment or scholarship approval.
Review our subsection titled Forms in our Certification section, to review and download our forms and agreements.

Expected duration: 1 - 2 weeks in length
Second Step: Contract Formation
Instructions:
Simultaneously sign and execute the contract - study agreement, consult and assist with a payment plan and make the first payment attached to the contract. You will begin next by compiling your professional documents, to include, but not limited to: diplomas, certificates, and proof of education.
A subsection titled Required Documents lists the required documents with details, including which resources request them.
Expected duration: Up to one week
Third Step: Final Agreement and Orientation
Instrucciones:
Send - by regular mail or scanned by email the aforementioned documents, attaching contract and payment method, including the first payment, minimum initial fee.
You will receive an email correspondence with proof of payment and further instructions on how to begin the homologation process. A case-by-case review is done on your degree validation to begin your case. Your foreign credential evaluation is in preparation after this step.
Orientation sessions are presented online with other NAFA members via video chat and a virtual presentation about the application process.
Expected duration: 1 - 2 weeks in length
Fourth Step: Admission and Membership
Instructions:
During this step, your file and welcome package will be prepared by another service to send to you immediately along with your payment receipt, affiliate membership certificate, your NAFA ID card (2 photos required) and first study materials (books and DVD or electronically) followed by instructions and contact with the teacher by email.

Fifth Step: Class Registration
Instructions:
You will study the required subjects in direct contact with the teachers; The NAFA office will be working with your case by developing the classes and studies necessary through the member's educational background for foreign credentials.
Expected duration: 4 - 8 weeks
Final Step: Final Presentations to the Court et al
Instructions:
Followed, and once the process is completed, all the credentials are completed, all of these are fulfilled by UNPAM to obtain an equivalence of your postgraduate degree - homologation (6 weeks); the supreme court calls it, "Certificate of Equivalence."
While you resume your studies (6 - 8 months) with us, you will continue with the NAFA administrative process. Then we receive your approval certification. At that time we will send you the two sets of official forms to complete with your personal information. So these forms, which in the
