Career Paths for Foreign Lawyers

Some of these career certifications designed by NAFA on demand include on demand careers such as immigration specialists, foreign legal consultants (FLC) or international human rights lawyers, for employers, including companies or corporations; Please note that there are also similar proposals available for other academic fields for licenciados and notarios while you are studying for the practice of general advocacy in the US and in process with NAFA. There are numerous resources available for foreign lawyers to pursue these different career paths and fulfill these purposes.

Rising Demand for Immigration Attorneys and Specialists

Due to the high number of legal and illegal entry to the United States, and due to the constant changes in law and administration, as well as the backlog of current documented immigrants awaiting residency or sponsorship, the problem arises where those with limited rights or access to representation, are in a high need of legal representation or advocacy. It is for these reasons, besides the career enrichment purposes for our future specialists, professionals, and attorneys that we guide them to learn their rights, skills, and abilities. This is also so that they can enrich their own communities and contribute against the crises in their respective communities and countries of origin.

NAFA has always been proud of its members and teachers, who arrive ready to work and improve their knowledge and education. It is this that is part of NAFA's mission, to spread its wings of knowledge around the world not only to train future community leaders, but also to build a network of like-minded people.
Our growing membership and faculty of teachers is an example that our belief still has needs to be met. Please meet our team.
